Alexa competed as a professional runner for Nike for eight years, having signed while in high school in 2014. She competed for the United States on the international level four times, medaling twice, including a Bronze at the Pan American Games. In addition to racing on the track, she participates in Nike marketing campaigns and helps with high school sporting events. While running professionally, she pursued her undergraduate degree in Finance, which led to her start with the WomensVCFund as an intern in 2018.
