Far more than our “outside counsel,” Jennifer is a vital member of our team, bringing over 25 years’ expertise in early-stage venture funds and technology companies on both coasts. She’s a partner in the Corporate and Securities practice group of Thompson Coburn in L.A., (and has worked on venture capital transactions totaling over $1 billion). Seasoned and strategic, Jennifer has deep experience working with venture capital firms in the structure, documentation and maintenance of portfolio investments, portfolio company liquidity events and fund governance. Jennifer also represents emerging companies, giving her a balanced perspective on venture investments.
